As a Business Performance Partner and a Mother of 2 small children, the journey I have chosen is to continuously master the art of balancing a successful business and the loves and requirements of motherhood.
I have contributed to the success of some of Australia’s leading retail brands, delivering on my commitment to create customer service excellence and the importance of integrity being the foundation for all in business. My specialty I believe is, ‘Leadership’ and ‘Personal Development’ with an emphasis on having a team lead by the right people.
Having had leadership roles myself within the sectors of Fashion Retail/Wholesale, Beverage and Hospitality, I have a solid grounding in what it takes to create successful retail and service based businesses in today’s dynamic environment.
With a powerful relationship to results, I love designing, developing and implementing systems for small to medium sized enterprises and as a Performance Partner, I have contributed to the lives of dozens of business leaders and transformed their relationship to results and performance.
It has been said to me that I am a results producer – I like to think I can make real change with people and my clients know and feel that at all times I relate to their business as if it were my own!
In essence and in relationship to business owners my whole purpose is to make a difference to people in business and in life, and I do know that ‘Integrity & Responsibility’ are the foundation for strong lasting relationships. Everything that is started in your world, started with a word, then a sentence, then a conversation, then more conversations, then a relationship, then a foundation for a greater relationship, than a relationship you hanker for, then from there anything truly is possible.
